Les spécifications techniques pour les Véhicules automatisés avec ADS, n'ont pas à la conception, un ODD, qui prend en compte les besoins de communications bidirectionnelles sans-fil avec l'infrastructure. Or, C2I par exemple si mentionnée rend les constructeurs (Européen et étrangers) conscients que l'OEDR doit transmettre en cas d'accident un rapport complet. Ce rapport sera partagé par: Assurances tout comme Ambulances, Pompiers et la police concernée et permettra une intervention de secours sans retard..

Hello, My feedback concerning The ROADMAP, Declaration of Digital Principles evaluation, Connect-Unit:B2/D2, is limited to insert in Page 2, section B, under para 3: Anticipation& Protection to limite Cyberattacks. ''Internet virus is like COVid 19. So,Internet should be safer than today. The Entities, companies mastering technologies, should endeavour to defending all users and DO NOT protect signle constumer, to buying their sofware...''

Response to Commission implementing decision on establishing a model accessibility statement under the WAD

Good Day, In order to carry out secure monitoring to avoid unauthorised insertions or changes, we ought to give higher force to the procedure of Annex- Model Accessibility Statement, and specifically optional content. We can do that by referring to the Annex at the bigining of the Commission Implementing decision...of XXX. So, I propose: 1- adding on page 1 of the decision, at end of paragraph (3): '' This is in accoradnce with sections 1 & 2 of the attached Annex (Model Accessibility Statement) Version N°1.'' 2- inserting as foot note at every page of the same Annex : ''Version N°1 Dated XXX'' Thank you & best regards
