Municipal Cleaning Company Ltd. in Cracow (MPO) feedback on Draft Delegated Acts supplementing the Taxonomy - Sustainable investment EU environmental taxonomy. MPO deals with city cleaning, collection and management of waste in Cracow. We kindly recommend that the Commission includes in the final Environmental Delegated Act a set of Technical Screening Criteria (TSC) for Waste to Energy processes (W2E). This inclusion will enable companies operating in these sectors to access sustainable financing and progress in the transition to sustainability.
