Response to The EU Cybersecurity Act

NetApp welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the European Commissions public consultation and call for evidence on the revision of the EU Cybersecurity Act. Recognizing the current pressures of the geopolitical landscape, we consider that the development and application of objective trusted vendor criteria in public and private sector procurement can advance the objective of securing the ICT supply chain. NetApp fully supports the European Commissions objectives with the revision i.e., to streamline cybersecurity measures, strengthen cyber resilience and achieve a high common level of cybersecurity across the EU.
