Our full feedback is attached as a pdf, with main recommendations being: An adjustment to tender processes to not only consider price, but also experience, sustainability, reliability and a track record of contributions to the health of the Open Source projects being bid on. 2. Following from the above, procurement rules should include selection criteria which works in favour of providers that contribute improvements upstream
