As a Network, we collaborate to achieve the following: 1. To strengthen our own expertise by exchanging knowledge and sharing best practice; 2. To strengthen the EU approach on better regulation; 3. To inform other countries, particularly Member States/ EFTA States on the added value of external and independent IA scrutiny on national platforms, or through international organisations; 4. To advise our governments on the quality of EU impact assessments; 5. To advise our governments on possible reductions within the stock of EU legislation.
