This is the refiling of a position paper jointly issued in April 2024 by Saft and Tadiran, detailing how the first draft proposal on calculation and verification methodology on rRE and rRM of waste batteries, issued by th Commission in March 2024, would apply to a special class of industrial primary lithium batteries, and negatively affect the administrative situation of their recyclers relative to the future mandatory RE.
