Response to Delegated Regulation on data access provided for in the Digital Services Act

We thank the European Commission for the opportunity to provide feedback on the EU Delegated Legislation on data access (the Delegated Act) provided in Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, widely known as the Digital Services Act (DSA). Logically strongly supports the DSAs drive towards facilitating access for researchers to meaningful data from very large online platforms and search engines (VLOPSEs, social media platforms, and platforms) and appreciates the efforts to ensure an effective and harmonised application of the provision regulating such access. However, we believe the Delegated Act could further specify and resolve some of the ambiguities highlighted in our feedback.
