This Communication will provide an overview of key achievements of the 2022 European Year of Youth. It will include examples of activities organised at national and European levels and provide insights linked to engaging, connecting and empowering youth, i.e. the key objectives of the EU Youth Strategy. It will consider ideas for youth policy mainstreaming and strengthening youth participation across policy areas – to be part of the Year’s legacy.
