Each of the four agencies should be evaluated at regular intervals as foreseen by their legal basis. The evaluation will analyse the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value of the Agencies and include individual and cross-cutting horizontal assessments with an emphasis on complementarities, synergies and reinforcement of cooperation, notably among themselves.
