Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 concerns the amendment of all marketing directives on seed and other plant reproductive material. The marketing directives on vine propagating material and on fruit plants contain detailed health requirements. Consequently, the measures against Union regulated non-quarantine pests of vine propagating material and fruit plants need to be described in those marketing directives and not in the plant health legislation
