Delegated Regulation [PE/2022/6563 - C(2022) 6496] lays down import conditions for certain food. The need for a few clarifications was signalled to guarantee a harmonised implementation. They concern amongst others the sourcing of raw materials from the EU, gelatine capsules and sprouts, and composite products.
