Following Regulation (EC) 1071/2009 being amended by Mobility Package 1 (Regulation 2020/1055), additional data needs to be included in the national registers of road undertakings. This includes the risk rating of undertakings, as well as number of people employed in order to better detect letterbox companies. As a result, the European Register for Road Undertakings system also needs to be amended to reflect the necessary updates.
