According to Article 4(7) of the Regulation on European Union labour market statistics on businesses, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts on various domains and topics, including the structure of earnings. This implementing act specifies the list and description of variables and their modalities, statistical definitions, classifications and breakdowns as well as precision targets and structure of the data sets to be transmitted.
