Article 10 (2) of Directive 2009/33 requires Member States to submit a report on the implementation of the Directive by 18 April 2026, covering the first reference period (2021-2025), and every 5 years thereafter. This Implementing Act sets out the format in Article 10 (6); the template, to be used by national authorities when submitting their reports to the Commission, is intended to streamline the process and minimise administrative burdens. It has no impact on other entities than national administrations in charge of implementing the CVD.
