The aim of this Commission Delegated Regulation is to supplement Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 to introduce common technical requirements to enable an automated and uniform data exchange between the operators of publicly accessible recharging and refuelling points and data users. Protocol solutions developed by relevant market actors, including third-party providers, should comply with the common technical requirements laid down in this Regulation for the APIs intended to fulfil the purpose of Article 20(3) of Regulation 2023/1804.
