Common templates for the transfer of the information in national databases to the EU Building Stock Observatory

Pursuant to Article 22(6) of Directive 2024/1275/EU (recast EPBD), the Commission shall adopt implementing acts to establish common templates for the transfer of the information from the national energy performance databases to the EU Building Stock Observatory. The first such implementing act shall be adopted by 30 June 2025.
