Belgium requested a decision from the EC, based on Article 3(3) of Reg.(EU) No 528/2012 on the making available on the market and use of biocidal products, on a product containing the active ingredient ‘capsicum oleoresin expeller pressed’ and made available on the Belgian market as a repellent against cats and dogs. The Decision establishes the Commission’s view on whether the product is a biocidal product as defined in Art. 3(1)(a) of Reg.(EU) No 528/2012
