A Delegated Act will be adopted in 2021 to further frame the programming with the following contents: - set objectives and priority areas of cooperation plus a prioritisation per sub-region: Neighbourhood South,Neighbourhood East,West Africa,East and Central Africa,Southern Africa and Indian Ocean,Middle East,Central Asia,South Asia,North and South East Asia,the Pacific,the Americas,the Caribbean - thematic targets for the geographic pillar - financial allocations for each Subsaharan region
