The evaluation aims at assessing the implementation in the programming period 2014-2020 of the Common Agricultural Policy specific instruments dedicated to the EU outermost regions and insular territory isolated from the Greek mainland, i.e. POSEI scheme and Smaller Aegean islands scheme (SAI scheme). Both schemes share the same approach in terms of objectives, structure and financial management.
