The evaluation will assess the role ESF and FEAD played in mitigating the public health crisis caused by Covid-19. It will focus in particular on the relevance and EU value added of the actions programmed following the adoption of the Coronavirus Response Investment Initiative (CRII and CRII+) as well as their coherence with the actions implemented by both funds.
