The purpose of the ex post evaluation is to provide an evidence-based report assessing the economic, social and environmental/climate impact of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), as well as its contribution to the economic integration processes in Africa. The evaluation will look into the progress made, opportunities created by the Economic Partnership Agreement and the challenges remaining in its implementation.
