The aim of this evaluation is to assess how the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund achieved its objectives and to draw lessons to guide the implementation of the Fund in the future and the design of new programmes in the area of employment and social affairs. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, EU added value and the impact of this Fund during 2014-2020. It will also address the complementarity and coherence with other initiatives.
