The aim of this initiative is to define the procedure for the financial contributions of the Union to the Member States’ implementation costs when setting up the Farm Sustainability Data Network. As part of the Farm to Fork strategy, the conversion of the Farm Accountancy Data Network into a Farm Sustainability Data Network will provide increased knowledge, at farm level, of sustainability aspects of EU farming, thus helping to better meet the policy-making challenges of the green transition.
