The proposed implementing act implements the global value chains statistics, as defined by the Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 on European Business Statistics. It will define the requirements and the deadlines of the data, quality report and metadata report transmission. In addition, it will define the main statistical variables, breakdowns, statistical population, the reference period, and other elements that comprise the technical specifications of the global value chains statistics.
