Implementation modalities of the smart readiness indicator for buildings

This initiative will clarify the implementation arrangements of an optional instrument for rating the smart readiness of buildings, the “smart readiness indicator” (SRI). Smart readiness refers to adaptation capabilities of buildings with regard to operation, performance, fulfilment of users’ needs and demand flexibility. This initiative covers the implementation arrangements of the SRI (SRI definition and calculation methodology are addressed separately).
