Article 85 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 requires the Commission to establish and maintain a reliable and secure information sharing system, ‘AGORA’, that supports communications between the Digital Services Coordinators, the Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (‘the Board’), and to which other national competent authorities may be granted access where necessary to carry out the tasks conferred to them in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
