The purpose of this draft Implementing Regulation is to set out a template ensuring uniform conditions for the collection of data and information by Member States following the provision of Article 6(10) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. On the basis of this data and information, the Commission will be able to assess the seriousness of the inherent potential risk presented by those products and proceed, if needed, to the adoption of a delegated act in order to amend Annex 1 to that Regulation.
