The proposed delegated Regulation aims at specifying the information to be sent by third countries and by control authorities and control bodies for the purpose of supervision of their recognition, in particular, it will specify the possibility to request additional information, the possibility to request on-the-spot examination, the obligation to investigate on irregularities and the need to share the information on the result of investigation within a due timeline.
