Under Regulation (EU) 2017/625 (Official Controls Regulation) and Regulation (EU) 2016/429 (Animal Health Law), this implementing act lays down common rules for the issuance of official certificates, updates a set of current model official certificates for intra-Union trade and imports of certain categories of aquatic animals and products thereof.
