Oenological practices permitted under certain conditions to produce organic de-alcoholised wine

Following the inclusion of de-alcoholised wine in the products of the wine sector in 2021, new specific oenological practices have been allowed to produce conventional de-alcoholised wine. In line with the target of 25% of organic agricultural area in 2030, it is necessary to allow some of these oenological practices under specific conditions to produce organic de-alcoholised wine.
