Following the adoption of the new organic regulation, Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) 834/2007, which will enter into application in 2021, there is the need to lay down a delegated act to amend by adding provisions concerning the use of in-conversion and non organic plant reproductive material.
