The initiative will assess the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on the protection of personal data by the EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies. It will also review the consistency of legal acts adopted on the basis of the Treaties which regulate the processing of operational personal data by Union bodies, offices or agencies in the fields of police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
