Protection of animals used for scientific purposes - adaptation of standards on accommodation, care and killing

The initiative is to adapt Annex III of the Directive on the accommodation and care requirements and Annex IV on the killing methods to include standards for species currently not covered by the Annexes but within the scope of the Directive.
