To ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the chronological order of electronic data, this implementing act sets out a list of reference standards for the requirements on qualified electronic ledgers. These reference standards and specifications shall ensure that data recording in an electronic ledger is chronologically ordered, while remaining immutable, consistent, and reliable.
