To ensure uniform conditions for implementation of the Regulation on the Governance of the Energy Union and Climate Action, the implementing act will cover reporting on adaptation, support to developing countries, auctioning revenues; greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, approximated GHG inventories, accounted GHG emissions and removals; national inventory systems; inventory review; Union and national systems for policies and measures and projections; and GHG policies and measures and projections.
