Technical specifications for the preparation of risk management plans to ensure the safe reuse of treated waste water in

The draft Delegated Regulation provides technical specifications of the key elements of risk management set out in Annex II of Regulation 2020/741 on minimum requirements for water reuse. The technical specifications will help the parties involved in a water reuse projects – including competent authorities, reclamation plant operators, storage and distribution operators, and end users – to prepare a robust risk management plan to safely reuse treated waste water in agriculture.
