Coordinated evaluation of Consumers, Health & Food Executive Agency; Education, Audio-visual & Culture Executive Agency; Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises; European Research Council Executive Agency; Innovation & Networks Executive Agency; and Research Executive Agency, covering the period 2017/2018-2021 of their mandate with the objective of what has been achieved in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and coherence gains by delegating operational tasks to EAs.
