The F-Gas Regulation is being aligned with the European Green Deal, the European Climate Law, recent international obligations on HFCs under the Montreal Protocol and progress made and lessons learned. Following this revision, it is necessary to revise several implementing acts, among them this act to update the minimum requirements for fire protection systems for which there must be minimum requirements for Member States' certification and training programmes.
