Updating the methods for sampling and analysis for pesticide residues and repealing Directive 2002/63/EC

This act aims to update current methods of sampling and analysis of products of plant and animal origin for pesticide residues. Existing rules detailed in Directive 2002/63/EC are transposed into this Implementing Regulation, based on Article 34(6) of the Regulation (EU) 2017/625, and repeals that Directive.
