Der AIRC-Int begrüßt es, dass mit dem Vorschlag der EU-Kommission nach monatelangen Stakeholderkonsultationen der Vorschlag nun final auf den Weg gebracht wurde und somit rechtssicher und verbindlich die Chancen und Risiken der Digitalisierung im Kraftfahrzeug für alle heutigen und künftigen Marktteilnehmer im europäischen Automobilsektor geregelt werden sollen. Der EuGH hat 2023 klar festgestellt, dass Cybersecurity nicht dazu genutzt werden darf, den Marktzugang unabhängiger Betreiber zu beschränken. Der Entwurf greift dieses Prinzip auf, schafft aber auch Spielräume, neue Barrieren durch Fahrzeughersteller aufzubauen

Der AIRC begrüßt den Beschluss der EU-Kommission, die Kfz-GVO 461/2010 um weitere fünf Jahre zu verlängern. Dies gibt den vielfältigen Akteuren im Automotive Aftermarket als auch den uns angeschlossenen Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaubetrieben Sicherheit. Äußerst positiv schätzen wir, dass die Kommission beabsichtigt, gezielte Änderungen an den ergänzenden Leitlinien vorzusehen. Wir bedanken uns für die Möglichkeit, zu dem am 6. Juli 2022 veröffentlichten Entwurf der Kommission detailliert Stellung nehmen zu können und bitten um Beachtung der beigefügten detaillierten Stellungnahme des AIRC-Int und stehen gerne für weitere Rückfragen zur Verfügung.

It is important to relate to the different types of welding machines. You can have MIG or TIG welding machines, which use power, gas and wire for the welding process. These machines are often used in Automotive, ship aso. areas. Here it is important to ensure correct function. Also Electric welding machines exist. These machines only use power, no gas and no wire. It is vital for these machines to supply the correct current (up to 14.000 Amp) to secure the correct welding process, especially in the Automotive damage repair. Design of such welders should always refer to the welding process and the relevant welding result which has to be obtained. Wrong welding can have safety consequences.
