Response to Action plan against cyberbullying

Dear, our feedback is focusing on the role of formal education settings in preventing cyberbullying by recognising it as a standard form of bullying and addressing it in such manner, by providing quality digital media education and by supporting teachers so they can support pupils in creating a positive environment at school and online. This approach stems from Steiner Waldorf pedagogy and the HERMMES approach to digital media education. In the attached file please consult our contribution.

Response to Proposal for a Directive on cross-border activities of associations

If the EU introduces a new legal form for transnational associations, why do these have to be registered at the national level and not in a common European register for transnational associations? One single point of contact for all transnational associations across the EU should be created to facilitate the work of such organisations. Such associations should also be allowed to conduct all their business and all contact with national authorities in English as they are typically run by a board consisting of members from different countries.
