Response to 2014-2020 Ex post evaluation of FEAD

The program is well conceived, but it encounters some difficulties in widespread delivery and in effectively reaching all families. Many Third Sector entities do not know the Fund or the mechanisms to access it, and the opportunities on institutional websites are not always easy to read. Many small associations could join the mechanism and create a widespread network in the area. The numbers from the national FEAD reports are not particularly encouraging, with a worrying decreasing trend compared to people with disabilities supported by the program.

Response to Interim evaluation of the EU4Health Programme 2021-2027

The program has certainly responded to the objectives of the programme WP, and the generating impact is certainly of a very good level. Perhaps some points could be more stressed: - serious pilot experiences in teleassistance, telemonitoring, teletutoring with regards to mental health, including digital psychology - pilot studies "evidence based" regarding experiences on daily-life management about fragile targets (semi-residential structures, recreational-sports activities with the aim of consolidating/developing residual skills, etc), in order to consolidate the important results of the Third Sector and make them available for second level more rigorous studies.
