2014-2020 Ex post evaluation of FEAD

The evaluation will analyse effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and EU added value of actions funded by the FEAD under the 2014-2020 programming period. It will also address the complementarity and coherence with other funds and include cross-cutting horizontal assessments. It will address all FEAD investment priorities in order to obtain a complete overview of FEAD including CRII+, REACT-EU, CARE and REPowerEU support.
