Response to Union-wide performance targets for the fourth reference period (RP4)

Skeyes would like to express its concerns in relation to the unrealistic level of ambition of the proposed EU wide targets for RP4. While acknowledging that the PRB has adapted its approach since the target ranges consultation held las autumn in a way that addresses some of our comments and improves its applied methodologies, concerns still persist particularly with regards to the proposed capacity and cost efficiency targets which are not considered as achievable nor realistic.
