Response to Union-wide performance targets for the fourth reference period (RP4)

Last autumn, ENAV also submitted its response to the target ranges consultation. When considering the latest proposal for EU-wide targets for RP4, while welcoming the updates and changes to reflect some of the Member States and Operational Stakeholders comments, there are still some assumptions used in the PRBs methodologies and the proposed EU wide targets, as well as the proposed breakdown values for Capacity and Environment, that we cannot support as too ambitious and not achievable, especially considering the traffic evolution expected and the volatility in the system due to conflicts in the region. Comments are summarised and explained in the document attached. We would like to thank for the opportunity to comment.
