SOKA-BAU vereint zwei Institutionen unter ihrem Dach : die Urlaubs- und Lohnausgleichskasse der Bauwirtschaft (ULAK, rechtsfähiger Verein gemäß § 22 BGB) und die Zusatzversorgungskasse des Baugewerbes AG (ZVK).

Response to 2024 Evaluation of the European Labour Authority

Following the start-up phase, we are now looking forward to ELA's operational activities. We hope that its work will be effective, especially in the area of the posting of workers and in the fight against undeclared work. SOKA-BAU is in favour of conducting research involving cross-border information via ELA. ELAs support could be very helpful in this respect. Supporting and strengthening cross-border cooperation of national authorities would be of great benefit, especiallly in the construction sector. We would also need to be aware of the current social security contributions in the 27 EU member states, which ELA can easily compile through its links with the authorities in the Member States.
