2024 Evaluation of the European Labour Authority

Employment and social affairs

Article 40 of the founding Regulation (EU) 2019/1149 of the European Labour Authority (ELA) sets out that the Commission must carry out an evaluation of the Authority’s performance by 1 August 2024, and every five years thereafter. The evaluation will focus on the Authority’s performance in relation to its objectives, mandate and tasks. The evaluation will also explore further synergies with agencies in the area of employment and social policy.
