Response to Clean corporate vehicles

The Bulgarian Industrial Association has submitted its official opinion on the European Commissions Clean Corporate Vehicles initiative. While we support the EUs climate ambitions, our feedback highlights key concerns regarding the proposals proportionality, feasibility, and potential unintended consequences. We call for: 1) Technological neutrality to foster innovation; 2) Coherence with existing EU regulations; 3) Consideration of regional and economic disparities; 4) Infrastructure readiness and industrial capacity; 5) Protection for SMEs and social acceptability; 6) Transparent, streamlined regulation.
