Response to Consumer Credit Agreement – review of EU rules

Enclosed a few comments based on expectations we expressed already unsuccessfully to the Luxembourg legislator when the current directive was up for implementation. The Roadmap identifies main problem areas which we share. Our preference lies with a Targeted Legislative Action.
