Response to European strategy for housing construction

Affordable housing after WWII was based on this technique in France. Based on my experience of building hundreds of houses in the 80s and 90s I strongly recommend this option.

Response to Improving the provision of digital skills in education and training

Nothing can not be improved without proper measurement. Two initiatives where I have been involved may help gather evidence about acquisition of digital competences. One is TALOE - Time to Assess Learning Outcomes in E-learning (https://taloe.up.pt). The other is CALOHEE - Comparing Achievements of Learning Outcomes in Higher Education in Europe (www.calohee.eu).
